Delivery and Returns

Delivery in the UK Mainland is currently FREE and includes signed for delivery - however please note that due to the current coronavirus situation our delivery times are up to 10 days as the days that we post are limited 

Our Goodwill Returns policy entitles you to a refund or exchange for an unworn item with original tags bought online or in store with a valid receipt within 30 days of proof of receipt.

In addition on Sale items unworn and with original tags purchased via our website we will be happy to either refund or exchange an item if you change your mind within 14 days of receipt

Returns to be paid for by the customer unless on faulty goods - please contact customerservice@empori.co.uk for further information if you have an issue with a return.

Deliveries to Europe are currently a flat rate of 9 euros 

Any items purchased in any 3 for 2 offer will only have a refund where all 3 items are returned unworn with tags or original boxes where applicable. Any individual item would only be subject to an exchange for a different size if required or a different item to the value of the item wanting return.
