Delivery and Returns

Delivery in the UK Mainland is only £4.95 and includes signed first class delivery. 

Our Goodwill Returns policy entitles you to a refund or exchange for an unworn item with original tags bought online or in store with a valid receipt within 30 days of proof of receipt.

Returns to be paid for by the customer unless on faulty goods - please contact customerservice@empori.co.uk for further information if you have an issue with a return.

Deliveries to Europe are currently a flat rate of 14 euros 

If you want to return an item any free gift that may have been included within the offer needs to be returned otherwise we will have to charge the item price as the offer becomes invalid
